Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day will be spent in leisure at your hotel.

Raj Ghat In Old Delhi
This morning, leave for a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi where you will visit Raj Ghat (cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi), enjoy a rickshaw ride through Old Delhi, visit Jama Mosque (subject to day of the week), drive past the Red Fort, followed by a tour of New Delhi visiting Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar and India Gate.

Day 03
Delhi • Varanasi
Aarti Prayer Ceremony
Transfer to Delhi airport today where you will catch a flight to India's holiest city, Varanasi. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. In the evening, you will be taken to witness an 'Aarti' (prayer) ceremony on the bank of the River Ganges - the holy river.

Day 04
Varanasi
Sarnath, Varanasi
Today, you will be taken on an early morning boat ride on the River Ganges visiting various Ghats (steps leading down to the river) followed by a walk through the old city of Varanasi. Return to your hotel for breakfast and then later proceed for a guided city tour where you will visit Bharat Mata Temple (the only temple in India dedicated to 'Mother India'), Bharat Kala Bhavan and Durga Temple. In the afternoon, you will be taken on an excursion to Sarnath where it is believed that Buddha gave his first sermon to his disciples after getting enlightenment.

Varanasi • Khajuraho
Temples Of Khajuraho
Upon check-out of your hotel, you will be transferred to Varanasi airport for your flight to Khajuraho. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Later in the day, head out for an excursion to the western and eastern group of temples.

Day 06
Khajuraho • Orchha • Jhansi • Agra
Town Of Orchha
You will be driven to Jhansi Railway Station en-route visiting Orchha. Take a guided tour of the Orchha Fort Complex which contains the Rajmandir, Jahangir Mahal and the Rai Parveen Mahal. Continue your drive towards Jhansi where you will board your train at Jhansi Railway Station for Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, you will be met by a representative who will transfer you to your hotel.

Agra • Jaipur
Taj Mahal In Agra
This morning, after breakfast, you will be taken on a tour of Agra where you will visit the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Once your tour of Agra is complete, you will head for Jaipur, the Pink City. Upon arrival in Jaipur, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Palace Of Winds
Today head out to Amber Fort and then later on visit the observatory, City Palace and a photo stop at the Palace of Winds. In the evening you will have some free time to visit local bazaars.

Day 09
Jaipur • Chittorgarh • Udaipur
Chittorgarh Fort
Depart for Udaipur en-route visiting Chittorgarh. After an excursion of Chittorgarh Fort, continue your trip towards Udaipur. Upon arrival in Udaipur, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day can be spent in leisure at your hotl.

After breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Udaipur which includes visits to the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, a drive around Fatehsagar Lake and Sahelion ki Bari (Queen's Resort for her friends). Follow it up with an afternoon boat cruise at Pichola Lake which is surrounded by splendid hills, palaces and temples.

Dhobi Ghat, Mumbai
Transfer to the airport this morning for your flight to Mumbai where upon arrival you will be met by a representative and transferred to your hotel. Later in the day you will be taken on a city tour of Mumbai visiting the Gateway of India, Kamla Nehru Park, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Victoria Terminus, Hanging Garden and Dhobi Ghat. At Dhobi Ghat you will get to witness hundreds hundreds of dhobis (washer-men) and their families busy with their chores.

Gateway Of India
Your first stop today at the Gateway of India, an imposing stone archway built in 1924 to commemorate the 1911 visit of King George V and Queen Mary. From there, you will catch a ferry to Elephanta Island, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which was believed to be created between AD 450 and 750. Atop a large hill, views will be available of the main temple, which is a long hall stretching 90 feet and has a series of sculpted panels lining the walls of the cave portraying images from Indian mythology.
